Phi Kappa Psi started the chapter at USC in 1928. Since that time, PKP has been a leader on and off of campus.
The original house sat on two lots on 28th street. In 1949, a new house was finished, and that is the structure you see today. In the mid-1980s, four more bedrooms were added to the second floor. In 2004, the house was basically brought down to the studs and updated to exceed current codes.
We have initiated 2,400 members and have a database of about 1,400 living alumni.
